How to Purchase

Browse products on Instagram

Every day at 5:00 PM JST, we unveil a curated selection from the vault. Follow our Instagram Live or check our feed to see what is available. Follow @kura.ginza.jp →

Place your order within the sales window

Sales are open daily from 5:00 PM JST to 12:00 noon JST the following day. Order on our site or via Instagram DM. Items sell out quickly.

Complete your payment

Pay securely via PayPal, Wise, or Stripe. An order confirmation email will be sent once your payment is received.

Your order is dispatched

Your item will be dispatched via FedEx within 7 business days of payment confirmation. A tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Receive your item

Enjoy your authenticated pre-owned luxury item, shipped directly from Japan.

Payment

Payment Methods PayPal Wise Stripe All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Currency All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY). The final amount charged may vary depending on your currency and the exchange rate at the time of payment.
Payment Timing Payment is confirmed at the time of placing your order.

Shipping

Carrier FedEx International
Processing Time Within 7 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and Japanese public holidays). For urgent orders, please contact us via Instagram DM before placing your order.
Estimated Delivery 3–7 business days after dispatch (varies by destination). Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance and local conditions.
Shipping Fee Calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

🛃 Important Notice

For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, and other customs-related fees may be charged by the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

For EU deliveries: Under the EU–Japan Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA), customs duties may be reduced to 0%. However, VAT cannot be reduced to 0%. We always include the required documentation, but a 0% duty outcome is not guaranteed — it is subject to the individual customs officer's judgment. Individual buyers are not eligible for 0% duty reduction. Corporate buyers may be eligible.

Returns & Refunds

Return Conditions Returns are accepted only in cases of product defect, damage, or incorrect item received. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns due to customer preference are not accepted. All sales are final unless a defect is confirmed.
Refund Method Watches: repair or full refund
All other items: full refund Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please Note Returns requested 8 days or more after delivery cannot be accepted. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs of the damage.

Warranty

Coverage: Watches priced at ¥100,000 and above only

Duration: 12 months from the date of purchase (store warranty)

Scope: Mechanical function only. Cosmetic wear and exterior damage are not covered.

Exclusions: Bags, small leather goods, and jewellery are not covered by warranty.
