Returns & Warranty
Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in cases of product defect, damage, or incorrect item received.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns requested 8 days or more after delivery cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

Watches: repair or full refund  |  All other items: full refund
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

Returns due to customer preference are not accepted. All sales are final unless a defect is confirmed.

Warranty

A 12-month store warranty applies to watches priced at ¥100,000 and above, from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers mechanical function only. Cosmetic wear and exterior damage are excluded.

Bags, small leather goods, and jewellery are not covered by warranty.

Customs & Duties
Important Notice
EU — Japan Free Trade Agreement

We may be able to reduce European customs duties to 0% under the EU–Japan EPA. However, VAT cannot be reduced to 0%. We always include the required trade documents, but a 0% duty outcome is not guaranteed — it is subject to the individual customs officer's judgment.

Please note the following:

Individual Buyers Cannot reduce duties to 0%.
Corporate Buyers May be eligible for duty reduction.
