Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect shipments to a different address.
In the event of force majeure — including natural disasters, severe weather, or transportation disruptions — dispatch may be delayed. We will notify you promptly and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt with photographs of the damage. We will respond promptly and work to resolve the issue.
Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your item is dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent containing your FedEx tracking number.
